“Rent An Architect” Terms & Conditions

By entering the month-to-month subscription contract with Fuentes Architecture, the client agrees to adhering to the Terms & Conditions. The monthly fee includes taxes and an online processing service fee. Additional services for project specific additional meetings, site visits, or other services not listed are subject to additional service fees on a per project basis. Fuentes Architecture does not commence its service until the monthly fee is paid. Fuentes Architecture reserves the right to cancel its subscription with any client at any time for any reason.

Fuentes Architecture has a no-refund policy in place. Clients are welcome to upgrade or downgrade their monthly subscription at any time – the change will take place at the start of the following month. For example, if a client downgrades their standard option subscription on the 1st of July, then the change takes place starting on August 1st.  If a client upgrades their “Tier 02 Standard Option” to the “Tier 03 Premium Option” subscription on the 1st of July, then the change takes place in July and continues until the client cancels the subscription. If a client enrolls during any given month, the client will pay the full subscription fee for the selected option regardless of how many days are left in the month. Clients are billed on the first (1st) of each month via Quickbooks. Failure to complete payment by the third (3rd) day of each month results in a cancelled subscription. If a client requests a service that is defined as being part of a different option, the client will be charged the fee for the more expensive option. For example, if a client pays for the “Tier 01 Basic Option” and requests consulting services via phone call, Fuentes Architecture reserves the right to upgrade the client to the “Tier 02 Standard Option” and charge the client the remaining difference of two hundred dollars ($200) regardless of how many days there are left in the month. In doing so, the client has chosen to upgrade their subscription model. It is up to the client to inform Fuentes Architecture if they decide to cancel or downgrade their subscription service.

Fuentes Architecture reserves the right to respond to phone calls and emails on a first come, first serve basis. Certain consulting items may require more time to assess and respond to than others. It is up to the client to send Fuentes Architecture the information it would like advice on. Fuentes Architecture reserves the right to ask questions to the client in order to better assess the specific content of the potential project and offer consulting advice accordingly. Fuentes Architecture reserves the right to not offer consulting advice if the client fails to supply Fuentes Architecture with any requested documents (i.e., boundary survey, existing as-built drawings, microfilm, existing drawings, geotechnical reports, borings reports, etc.). Failure of the client to not supply the requested documents may result in a delay of consulting. The client waives any consequential damages for claims, disputes, or other matters in question, arising out of or relating to this service. By entering the month-to-month subscription contract with Fuentes Architecture, the client agrees to indemnify the Architect and waives all rights against the Architect and the Architect’s Sub-Consultant(s).
